Education is our core mission, but we go further — providing meals, books, stationery, metro passes, mobile phones, and career counselling to remove every possible barrier to learning.
Free Books & Stationery Distribution – Empowering Young Minds
At Udgam Welfare Foundation, we believe education should never be restricted by financial hardship. Through our free books and stationery distribution programme, we support students from economically weaker backgrounds so they can continue learning with confidence and dignity.
By providing essential learning materials, we help reduce school dropout rates and encourage children to stay focused on their academic journey.
Free Nutritious Meals – No Child Learns on an Empty Stomach
At Udgam Welfare Foundation, we ensure that no child studies on an empty stomach. Our free nutritious meals programme supports students from economically weaker backgrounds so they can focus on education with better health, energy, and concentration.
Proper nutrition improves learning ability, school attendance, and overall development — helping students build a stronger future and continue their academic journey with confidence.
Free Metro Passes – Removing Transport Barriers to Education
Udgam Welfare Foundation provides free Delhi Metro passes to students from economically weaker backgrounds, ensuring they can travel safely to schools and coaching centres without financial stress.
By eliminating transport costs and challenges, we ensure that distance and daily commute expenses never become a barrier to education and long-term academic success.
Free Mobile Phones — Connecting Students to Digital Education
Udgam Welfare Foundation distributed free mobile phones to students from underserved communities, enabling access to online learning, digital resources, and educational support.
This initiative ensured that lack of technology never limits a child’s opportunity to learn and connect. Students were facing challenges because there was only one phone in the house, taken by their father during work hours. We provided phones so they never miss an online class.
Free Career Counselling Sessions – Guiding Students to the Right Path
At Udgam Welfare Foundation, we believe the right career guidance can transform a student’s future. Our free career counselling sessions help students from economically weaker backgrounds understand their strengths, interests, and academic potential.
Our counselling programme supports students in exploring meaningful career options, making informed decisions, and choosing the right educational path for a stable, successful, and fulfilling career.
Other Social Activities – Building a Better Community
Udgam Welfare Foundation goes beyond academics to engage with the broader community. We organise social events, awareness drives, and community activities that foster a sense of belonging, responsibility, and purpose among students and their families.
These initiatives reinforce our belief that education is not just about textbooks — it is about building confident, curious, and compassionate human beings who contribute positively to society.

Making a Better World Through Education
Children growing up in economically disadvantaged families face limited access to quality education. Many parents — security guards, small shop owners, clerks — earning below Rs. 10,000–12,000 per month are unaware of the right academic guidance for their children.
To bridge this gap, Udgam Welfare Foundation has launched a structured two-year JEE Mains & Advanced coaching programme for talented students who cannot afford commercial coaching institutes. Our programme promotes computer literacy and participation in IMO, KVPY, and NEST.
If you’re part of an NGO working in education, we can design custom English and Math assessments based on your syllabus to evaluate student learning and bridge knowledge gaps.
